Conference participants must be pre-registered. Registration fee is $100 per person. Participation will be limited to ensure maximum interaction and sharing of perspectives. So please register early!
All registrations include 5 meals & Proceedings.
Refund Policy: All refund requests must be in writing and received before May 17, 2001. No refunds will be accepted after this date. A $20 cancellation fee will be deducted from the registration fee.
