A block of rooms has been reserved at the Binghamton Regency Hotel in Downtown Binghamton, 15 minutes by car from the Binghamton University campus.

The Conference Organizers will provide scheduled shuttle service between the hotel and the conference venues during the conference period for participants staying at the hotel.

Reservations
Please make your own reservation with the hotel directly using the Hotel Reservation Form. Reservations, along with full payment, must be made by Thursday, May 17, 2001. After this date, we cannot guarantee the availability of rooms or the conference discounted rate.

Please fill out only one form per person. Room types and special requests are on an availability basis only (smoking/non-smoking).

Rates

* ( New York State employees (e.g. SUNY Albany professors) may use government tax exempt rates by enclosing a copy of their tax exempt certificate and university ID cards when making reservation.)

Taxes
All rates will be subject to 8% sales tax plus 3% occupancy tax except with proof of tax exemption.

Cotes
Cots must be reserved in advance at an additional charge of $15.00.

Payment
Payment will be made in full at time of reservation by credit card. (Personal checks are also acceptable if received up to ten days prior to arrival.)

Confirmation
You will receive a hotel confirmation by mail directly from the hotel.

Cancellation
Cancellation must be made by 5 pm EST on or before Thursday, May 31, 2001 in order to receive a refund. Please contact the hotel directly.

Check In/Check Out
Check in time is 4:00 pm, Check out time is 12:00 pm.

Pool
The indoor heated pool is open Monday through Friday, 6 am - 11 am, and 4 pm - 9 pm; Saturday and Sunday, 9 am - 9 pm. These hours are a guideline, and are subject to change without notice.
